My intention is to share what I know and learn from all who would like to join me on an ever evolving journey to health!”

Lisa Ahrens
Certified Tuning Fork Therapist
Lisa has facilitated various spiritual courses since obtaining her psychology degree from Oklahoma State University in 1999. Her intuitive nature and fascination with metaphysics led her to become certified as a Tuning Fork Therapy Practitioner in 2009, and in July 2011 she left the corporate arena to pursue a career in Energy Medicine. Lisa is currently enrolled in Alberto Villoldo’s Light Body School with The Four Winds Society, where she is studying Native American Shamanism. Lisa believes that energy work is a wonderful complement to a yoga practice, and seeks to bring the benefits of Tuning Fork Therapy to her clients at The Yoga Sanctuary.
