Integrative Health Coaching was developed through Duke Medicine and is now utilized throughout the medical arena to take clients to new levels of physical health and well-being. The Integrative Health Coach helps identify challenges that are holding you back and provides guidance to move forward with a healthier lifestyle. Together you will explore the mind-body connection through topics including nutrition, exercise, personal and professional development, communication, and spirituality. This practice uses the principles of Positive Psychology to help people lead meaningful lives and cultivate their own strength. Working with an Integrative Health Coach is an empowering and life-changing step on the journey towards lasting transformation!

Please note: Sessions can be done in person, via the telephone, or using Skype. All methods are effective!

One-On-One: (One hour session)

Meet with an Integrative Health Coach on a one-on-one basis to develop an individualized plan for personal and professional success. This option is ideal for those with strong motivation to improve their diet, develop healthy habits for mind and body, and find balance in their lives. Work with a coach to learn more about making healthy choices at home and at the grocery store, to develop an exercise routine that is tailor-made to meet your needs, and to make the lifestyle changes that encourage health, happiness, and wholeness. Your transformation begins here!

A Day With: (Five hour session)

An Integrative Health Coach will meet you at the location of your choosing to custom design a day that will kickstart your journey into a healthier and more fulfilling life. After an initial discussion about your current lifestyle and your goals, you and your coach will begin to make the changes that will lead to long-term success. A Coach may take a tour of your pantry and teach you to read nutrition labels, organize a trip to the grocery store or farmers’ market to restock your shelves, inform you about the health benefits of juicing, teach you to cook recipes that are both delicious and nutritious, or develop a healthy diet and exercise plan. The possibilities are endless!
